Auto Injuries

Chiropractic can help you get back on the road to health after an auto injury.

Getting the proper treatment early after your crash can be very important in recovering quickly. Most individuals in a motor vehicle accident in Oregon are entitled to Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Physiotherapy. Oregon Personal Injury Protection (PIP) covers those services no matter who was at fault.

Why Chiropractic?

Chiropractic focuses on natural solutions to correct problems arising in both the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Chiropractic is a drug-free, hands on approach to improved health and well being. The most common procedure performed is called “spinal manipulation,” which is done by applying controlled force to various joints in the body to restore proper joint mobility. Along with “spinal manipulation,” physical therapy modalities and home care tips and exercises may be given to help facilitate healing.

For many cases chiropractic care is the only source needed for treatment. When other medical conditions exist, chiropractic care may be used in complement to relieve musculoskeletal complaints. If chiropractic care is not deemed to be the best approach for the patient, the patient will be readily referred to the appropriate health care provider for the condition.
